
Marquette University Law School is set to release its first statewide poll of 2025 on Wednesday, March 5. Public polling in this race has been scarce since a barrage of advertising began airing across Wisconsin.
The Institute for Reforming Government released polling at the end of January showing Schimel leading Crawford 40% to 35% with 23% undecided.
The League of American Workers released a poll at the end of February showing Schimel leading Crawford 45% to 43% among voters likely to cast a ballot April 1. The poll also showed voters overwhelmingly support voter ID requirements by an 87% to 9% margin.
Additional polling heading into the final weeks of the election will help those seeking to influence the race refine their messages.
